Regarding wrong posting date of PGI cancelation document

Hi,

I am sorry for my first post that may be not very clear.

I try to create a better post here.

My user using PO STO, to send finish goods from one plant to other plant with delivery date 29 February 2016.

From that PO STO, user creating Outbound Delivery using vl10b and then do PGI using vl02n.

But then, something went wrong and the outbound delivery has to be cancelled.

unfortunately when my user do the cancellation using vl09, he post it on 1 March 2016.

This cause unbalance status, which is demanded by our accounting for every month closing

We try using MIGO to cancel this cancellation document (post in 1 March) but SAP send us error because it's from SD module can not be process from MIGO cancellation

From SCN forum, some say it can be done by make a new Outbound Delivery from the STO, and then create PGI post date on 1 March 2016 and then do the cancellation of PGI post date on 29 February 2016.

When we do that there is error  message no. VL626 Cancellation Date is before the good issue date.

This type of message error can not changing the message status from error to warning.

Digging more there are possible way using ABAP program to force this behavior from error to warning.

We haven't try this option, and still on discussion with our ABAP team.

My question is, is there any other way beside do the PGI and then cancel it on back date post?

Our main concern is our internal audit and accounting will not accept this kind of transaction.

So if there are any other possibility, please inform.

Found one post that similar to my problem, and it is informed that it is solved, but didn't gave the solution of problem solving.

I hope my problem and what i have tried clear enough in this post, if not feel free to ask.

Thank you and best regards,
