Issue in RTI - EPS submission ~ Invalid content found at element 'From'

Hi Friends,

We are getting the following error in EPS submission with the error message as Business error.

When I looked into the error log I was able to see the following error details.

"Value '2015-02-06' is too small"

"Invalid content found at element 'From'

I have attached the error details with screenshots below can someone let me know what needs to be done and where the issue is in. Also, how do we check for which employee this error occurred.
