Hello everyone,
I will install the SAP Contact Center for a company and we will have several groups, I would like to know if we have a way to separate the reports, for example:
We have two groups Team A and Team B, the supervisor from team A can not visualize the statistics from Team B and the supervisor from team B can not visualize the statistics from team A.
Is there somehow to do this configuration?
